Upon arriving at La Tillaie, I was met with a warm welcome by Olivier, who made my check-in process seamless with a refreshing welcome drink in the beautiful walled garden. The room, a comfortable blend of antiques and modern style, provided a cozy retreat after a long day of driving.Although my room was on the 2nd floor, Olivier's attentiveness in assisting with luggage made the climb worthwhile. The dinner offered at a reasonable price of 18 Euros per person was a delicious home-cooked meal with locally sourced ingredients, surpassing my expectations. Breakfast was equally delightful, setting the tone for a day of exploration in the picturesque surroundings.La Tillaie offers a unique balance of luxury and affordability, with Olivier's personalized recommendations and excellent hosting skills enhancing the overall experience.
